Factory-grade quality for hospitality

We manufacture premium house and sauna kits for the short-term rental industry — from boutique glamping to resort accommodation.

Repeatable manufacturing processes and a refined factory system allow us to achieve a level of precision and build quality that on-site construction simply cannot match.

Each kit consists of large-format factory elements — floors, walls, roofing, and facades made of tempered glass and composite aluminum — that assemble on site like a construction set, requiring just two people, one small crane or forklift, and 1–3 days.

House kits ship in standard sea containers, minimizing shipping cost and logistics complexity anywhere in the world. Select a model to see how it loads.

Thursday and Friday, 13:00–19:00 Tallinn time. We speak English and Finnish.

Arriving by air

We meet you at the airport, take you to your hotel and to the factory, and drive you back to the airport after the visit.

Leave your email and we will send the full offer for the model you choose — complete specification, price, delivery scope, options and freight rates. Everything else on this form is optional.

We reply within one business day. Lead time for Shell kits is 7–10 weeks from order confirmation.

What we collect. Only what you type into the inquiry form: name, email address, delivery country, model of interest, number of units, target delivery date and project description. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The map on the Visit section loads from Google Maps only after you click it; until then nothing is requested from Google. In the same way, the video call booking window loads from Zoho Bookings only after you click “Book a video call”. The name, email and phone number you enter there go to Zoho Bookings and our Zoho CRM so we can hold the call and follow up.

Why. Solely to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once a quotation is under discussion, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). No marketing without separate consent, no automated decision-making.

How it is handled. The form opens a message in your own email application — nothing is stored on this website. We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a contract requires us to retain it longer.

Your rights. You may request access, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand. Write to info@echohouses.com and we will respond within one month.
